While we aim to present accurate, comprehensive, and current information, we cannot assure that all content available is free of errors. You agree that any reliance you place on any material is at your own discretion and risk. You are also responsible for noting any modifications to the website’s content.
Prices are indicated in Australian dollars unless specified otherwise and now include GST for transparency. Be aware that prices can change without advance notice.
We maintain the right to alter product specifications without any obligation to notify you beforehand.
Accepted payments include major credit cards and bank deposits. For alternative methods, please arrange with our office.
All items are offered subject to availability. If products are unavailable, restocking typically requires 2-8 weeks. We recommend confirming stock availability before purchase.
We endeavour to dispatch orders swiftly, usually within 1-5 business days for processing. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately. Generally, orders are fulfilled within 10 business days post-payment. Although we can suggest a delivery date, it’s not guaranteed. For urgent orders, please contact us before purchasing.
Our operations are based in several locations, and we dispatch from warehouses in Australia and China. If an item is unavailable in Australia, we may ship from China, which can extend delivery times. For specifics about our locations, refer to our website.
Delivery starts once payment is validated. To avoid issues with re-delivery or depot collection, we use an Authority to Leave (ATL) system with our couriers. We do not accept responsibility for any problems arising post-delivery, especially with parcels left at your doorstep without a signature. For any delivery concerns, you need to contact the courier directly. Delays or failures in delivery do not provide a basis for order cancellation. For international shipments, contact us directly as these are not standard.
Returns and Exchanges
We accommodate returns with the conditions below:
- Change of Mind: Within 30 days of purchase, unused items can be returned or exchanged, with return shipping charges borne by the customer.
- Damaged/Faulty Goods: We will cover return shipping for damaged or defective items. Contact us directly to initiate this process.
- Incorrect Delivery: If the wrong item is delivered, we will handle the return costs. Please inform us immediately for corrections.
Refund processing typically takes 3-7 business days, appearing in the account initially used for purchase. Delivery and service fees are not subject to refund.
